Lovely work vlad. i love this concept of using all the joints in the striking limb.They motion will be circular and expend very little movements as no work will be done to have a retardation force in the oppposite direction of motion of the limb to recoil it to strike again. Top stuff again from the Vladimator…I hope one day i can to russia or toronto and train with you sir!….spasiba

Владимир развейте мои сомнения. То что вы преподаете ведь отличается от Михаила Рябко. Я сужу только по учебным фильмам. Структура вашей методики похожа на самбо или дзю дзюцу (разбор более систематичный: воздействия на пальцы, на кисть, на локоть, на плечо и т.д)
