Every time i come on here there are these Bruce lee questions of could he beat this guy or that guy….?
Why is there all this hype on bruce lee?? I understand his rep as traininer and all, and he was great for martial arts, but he weighed around 150, never did any ground training, and never competed in a fight against any real competition. He won some kung fu matches and some AMATUER boxing matches… I just hate seeing this day after day…Jeet kun Do is a great art and all but all it really is is striking first, no real genius there.
IAfter several replies i just want to say i fully respect what Bruce did and his accomplishments…But to ask questions as to if he could beat fighters that are the best at what they do now a days and outweigh him by 70 to 100+ pounds is a stupid question. I stated the ground game part because of how important it is in fighting….and if you have no ground game there is a high chance youll get taken down and speed of hands from the bottom means next to nothing.
What is muscular endurance? (Bruce Lee Art of Expressing the human body)?
I am 19 5’6 128 pounds, and I want to start working out to increase my strength to extraordinary level well just being fit in my overall body type, and I have the book Bruce Lee: Art of Expressing the Human body, and it’s a great book tells you alot, but I am confused to what muscular endurance is, and how can I stay very lean cut like cam gigandet, and Bruce Lee by doing weight training? doesn’t weights make you bulk up? how can I obtain the strength, but stay lean like Lee?
Bruce Lee, the most overated fighter I've ever heard?
Actually his an artist not a fighter. It hurts me when people compare Liddell, Ali, Tyson, Fedor, etc…with Bruce, they are real fighters while Bruce never fought in a real competition so how can he win? Bruce is just good for exhibition…I can’t imagine a real world class fighter who trains very hard can easily be defeated by an artist.. Even for class B fighters I will bet my money to them against Bruce Lee..
How to avoid muscle bulk and get a physique like Bruce Lee?
I am 18 years old. I have been training without much purpose for a while now. But I will start to train much more seriously in the future. I am just after a few tips.
Im after a physique like Bruce Lee’s as oppose to a bodybuilder. I want to know how I can avoid becoming too bulky. Surely if I hit the weights and do a lot I could become very bulky? I am also quite thin as it is (BMI is about 19).
What sort of stuff should I do in the gym? High weights, low reps? Low weights, high reps? Free weights? Machines? Any cardio stuff?
Thanks for your help.
Why krillin is the strongest guy in the history of books, movies, comics ect.?
Ok you all know who Chuck Norris is. Well Chuck Norris got his ass beat by Bruce Lee, heck Bruce Lee train Chuck. But in very early dragon ball krillin beats Bruce Lee in a fighting competition. They say if you beat CN you have more power than god.But if you beat lee you have even more power. Krillin was just pretending to be weak all those times in dragon ball because he hates having a lot of attention. So there you have it Krillin > everyone.
can someone name every exercise bruce lee done?
