What type of exercises did Bruce Lee employ to get his punches/kicks so hard?


People said his punches/kicks felt like a freight train, what type of exercises did he do to make his punches/kicks that hard!? Are there some hidden exercises that Bruce Lee did which made his punches/kicks that hard? Is anyone informed about this?

    He would do alot of body weight exercises. He started to train his body by lying in bed and squeezing certain muscles, or pressing his legs and arms into his bed as hard as he could for as long and as long as he could just laying there.

    I know that in Bruce Lee’s Biography on television, He said the key to throwing punches was to throw your body into it, concentrate all your weight into your punches, but remember balance. And for the kicks it would be the same thing, training is required tho, Bruce Lee could do 1 handed 2 finger push-ups, you and I cannot, train. Hope this Helps.
